Medium-Setting (MS) bitumen emulsion is specifically designed to be mixed with coarse aggregates for premix applications. Unlike other emulsions, MS does not immediately break upon contact with aggregates, providing a few minutes of workable time for fixing the aggregates. This type of emulsion is highly recommended for surface dressing work and is manufactured in compliance with IS 8887:2018 standards.
